The Streamlight Vulcan 180 HAZ-LO is a Class I, Div. 1 safety-rated portable scene light designed for use in hazardous locations. This lightweight, rechargeable lantern features three bright white LEDs and a 180° articulating head, allowing the beam to be directed exactly where it’s needed while cordless operation helps eliminate trip hazards on the job site. Two ultra-bright blue taillight LEDs enhance rear visibility in smoke-filled or low-light environments, and optimized electronics help maintain consistent light output over the runtime cycle. Powered by a 10.2 Ahr rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the Vulcan 180 HAZ-LO delivers up to 14 hours on High and up to 30 hours on Low, and recharges in approximately 16 hours. A battery status indicator provides convenient charge status feedback during use. Built for demanding work environments, the lantern features high-impact, super-tough nylon construction, with a rotating aluminum head encased in reinforced nylon and durable D-rings for secure attachment. A rubberized, cushioned-grip handle is designed for comfort and easy hand-off. The Vulcan 180 HAZ-LO is IP65-rated for dust-tight, water-resistant performance and is impact-resistance tested to 2 meters. A flat base design allows the light to stand upright for scene lighting. The quick-install charging rack is compatible with existing LiteBox and Vulcan mounting footprints for easy fleet integration. Standard System models include an AC/DC charging rack, while Vehicle Mount models include a 12V DC direct-wire rack. Orange models include a quick-release strap, and yellow models include a heavy-duty strap.
