Why Wilson Electronics Performs Better
The Wilson Electronics Antenna was carefully designed to minimize loss and maximize gain at every step. To design the best antenna possible we had to focus on two major areas. The first is the antenna itself which must have its gain maximized both on the 800 MHz band and the 1900 MHz band. Wilson Electronics accomplished this by using a phasing coil and a low loss coaxial phase reversing device that provides high gain on both frequencies. The second design area is the ground which allows proper antenna return currents on the lower 800 MHz frequency as well as the higher 1900 MHz frequency. Our design makes this antenna independent of the ground where the antenna is mounted.
