Brand new without tags (Has button bag tag still) It doesn't have any major flaws, but I did see the sewing on one of the straps is loose, just one little corner, could probably be worn still the way it is, glued or sewed. Please see photo 10. That is on the inside of the right front strap. Perfect besides that.
