Miki Sayaka Nendoroid from the anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Made by Good Smile Company (GSC).
New and Unopened. Been stored in a plastic storage box and untouched in a corner of a room for the last +8 years if not more. I think it is in pretty good condition, but take a look at all the images to see the overall condition of the item.
