This is a unique and stunning vintage coat from the 1960’s. It is in perfect, exceptional condition.
The brown fur trimmed collar and cuffs (I believe they’re mink) is from Levine & Smith furriers in NYC.
The absolutely gorgeous original black textured wool coat fabric was designed by Jan Kell.
The Union Made labels are attached.
Coat is fully lined.
Two front hand pockets.
Beautifully designed double breasted buttons down the front. Plus one snap closure at neckline concealed under the collar.
No size label but was originally purchased and worn by a size small woman.
Measurements are:
Armpit to armpit 21”
Length of coat 40”
Sleeve (shoulder to end of cuff) 18”
Perfect for the vintage collector or as a great period piece for a film or TV costume designer.
